In December 2023, The Independent released a limited series podcast about housing, and the stories behind closed doors. “Lock and Key” provides excellent insight on the province’s housing atmosphere with personal stories, recent statistics, key players, and potential solutions. Featured in episode three, “Housing in Rural Newfoundland and Labrador”, is an interview with Olivia on OHA’s project and how affordable housing can co-exist with tourism.
