Geotechnical Assessment Completed

In November 2025, we completed a geotechnical assessment at our project site—an essential engineering evaluation of the soil, rock, and groundwater conditions that will inform the next phases of design and development.

The survey was conducted by Allrock, with excavation support provided by Ervin Locke. We appreciate their expertise and collaboration in completing this important milestone!
