Environmental Assessment Completed

We’ve completed our Phase 1 Environmental Assessment!

Allnorth Consulting was hired in 2025 to complete this assessment. The process included a review of the historical land use of our property, site visits and inspections, interviews with the municipality, and the review of historical documents and photos of the property. Based on their findings in the field and the information gathered, Allnorth determined there are no environmental concerns with respect to this property.
