Design Brief

At the conclusion of the detailed design stage of the project are delighted to be able to share the design brief created by Woodford Architecture.
Over the past year, we’ve worked incredibly hard alongside our design team to reach this milestone. This brief reflects the vision we’ve had for the project since 2021 and lays the foundation for what we hope to create for our community.
From the introduction:
“The Otter Housing development is envisioned as a thoughtfully scaled, multi-building residential community composed of 12 units across four buildings, complemented by a shared community amenity space. Designed to support a diverse range of residents, the project incorporates both accessible and visitable units to promote inclusivity, adaptability, and long-term livability. Through a series of collaborative discussions, the design team and consultant group worked closely with the client to identify the specific housing needs of the community and translate them into practical, responsive design solutions.”
Our next step is securing more capital funding to turn this vision into a reality. With the design brief complete, we’re another step closer to making this project happen!
