Chelsea is a lawyer based in Trinity East. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in Economics from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Francis Xavier University. For more than eight years, Chelsea worked at Canada’s housing agency where, among other things, she provided legal advice related to affordable housing programs and projects. After moving to Newfoundland and seeing first-hand how it can be difficult to access affordable housing in a tourism-centric community, Chelsea was excited to join Otter Housing Association and support the excellent work already underway.
