Affordable Net-zero Rental Units in Port Rexton
OHA is designing and constructing 5-10 net zero energy rental units in Port Rexton on a ~4 acre parcel of land kindly donated by a community member for the purpose of this project.

Funding for this project provided by The Community Housing Transformation Centre (CHTC) and their Sector Transformation Fund – Local Projects grant and The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Green Municipal Fund – Sustainable Affordable Housing.
